analyze langchain/notebooks/** for outdated import statements, code, etc. #120

Most/all notebooks in this directory have outdated import statements, originating from LangChain <0.1.0
There's likely code that doesn't teach what it seeks to.

Working on "learn runnables and chains" since the guide is unhelpful in its current state on main, it doesn't really teach chains or how to build them, and i don't like the examples of custom runnables.

This is slow going because I apparently didn't understand the concepts the first time I made this notebook, so I'm relearning as I'm rewriting.

currently on 'agentexecutor_custom_tools.ipynb' and want to replace huggingface usage with google gemini
