Change the way the scripts are executed #9

for some reason the fork/excelvp stop working after some time use system instead that seem to work

Hi @nik0, possibly a silly question, but where did this code go? It doesn't appear to be on master, even though it says it was merged? I don't see the changes in https://github.com/Dafang-Hacks/Main/blob/master/v4l2rtspserver-master/src/ImpEncoder.cpp#L558

@Dopeyr, Good catch ! The PR is delivered but on the master it is the old code I need to check why, and I need to check what I had compiled (I guess the right new code) ..
