WyzeCam V2 which chip to flash? #3

I am looking at my torn apart Wyzecam V2 and I see two potential chips and I'm not sure which one is the one I need to reflash. The one on the main board with the camera or the one on the board with the USB port?

Also, is this chip a 25xx or a 24xx?

Did you succeeded? Is the bootloader same for all cameras?
