Do not see dialog for Webcam settings.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open program
2. Click 'Capture' tab, Click 'Configure' button next to Webcam.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting to see a dialog for selecting the video source and resolution 
settings.  I only see a 'Configure Webcam' window that has a test button, Show 
timestamp, File Prefix, etc.  But I do not see a second dialog window for 
selecting the source and resolution.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.0.7, Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.
I can test the webcam, and there is an image, but it is very low resolution.

Same problem here. Chronolapse captures very low resolution images.

Same here.  Used 1280x720 webcam but images were saved as 320x240 no matter 
what I tried. Great app OW. Frame rate works great.
