Checks at Secrets

Adding checks to the game that rely on you doing a secret of some sort.

Possible things:

• Electric puzzle (with the chain and stuff)
• Patience portal
• Buried eye
• Hourglass (maybe both the blood and teleportanium versions?)
• The two lake rooms
• The fish unlock (probably don't do this unless it's in its own setting)
• End of Everything line (could do a check for each step? Might be neat)
• Sun Quest (absolutely its own setting, with a bunch of warnings on it. Suggested by Armada (armadavr))
• The chests
• Fast travel room
• Gold biome
• The avarice diamond and that other one next to it
• Going around the track with Karl (my beloved)

This is absolutely low priority, sorry masochists.
