EnergyLink Support #157

EnergyLink is already a thing in Archipelago, just only a few games use it.

For Noita, you could deposit or withdraw gold from the EnergyLink pool.

I'm not sure that depositing gold/currency make sense for energy link.

DLCQuest also has an implementation for it now, where you can grind energy on whatever that repeated clicking thing is in the game, and withdraw it for something that idk the details of.

I think to start, I'm gonna do like 1 gold = 10 kj, and iterate from there based on how it feels.

For now, I made a quick and dirty proof of concept. There's a skateboard and if you kickflip it steals all of your money and puts it in the energy link bank. I have not created something for withdrawals yet, but it's probably pretty simple.
