Update French locale #13

Thanks. How do you want me to handle string updates in the future? I haven't coordinated locales before and I have no idea what works well for it.

I am watching this repository, so you can create an issue when you think the translation needs to be updated (i.e. before publishing a new release) and I will be notified.

Alright. I've added you as a translator credit to install.rdf too. Just need to upload to AMO now.
