Created pop-up for event description
Created logic for toggling event participation button
Refactored into EventViews for re-use of components between EventCardView and EventDescriptionView
Event Card/Description participation profile images improvements:
- Ensured ordering of creator before other participants, and that the creator is always included
- Ensured no duplicates, even if event.creator in event.participants
