fix grammatical errors in URDU-Dataset documentation #9

It will be quite simple by just copy pasting edited part.

I do not understand what you mean. DAGsHub is similar to github. For more information read the README of this project.

@idivyanshbansal as I mentioned in dagshub:

do not try to change research paper name: Cross-Lingual Speech Emotion Recognition: Urdu vs. Western Languages
drawn is not correct word to use
"It is a small (88MB) dataset" is not correct way to write.
