Missing mods #1

Some mods do not include a meta.cpp.

Check if mod.cpp is present and show title from that instead.

Seems like private or friends only mods have publishedid = 0 in the meta.cpp accourding to info from @ToasterBR

Mods with publishedid = 0 should be fixed now
