[BUG] Player command argument not working #38

Describe the bug The player argument when using the rtp command doesn't work, it say's invalid argument :/

Context Java version: 17.0.9 Server build: Paper 1.20.2 390 Server version: Paper 1.20.2 390 Player version: 1.20.2 Plugins: Citizens, CoreProtect, Essential (+ chat & spawn), FreedomChat, Graves(dev version), Luckperms, Gcore/Questcreator, TogglePvP, Vault, Worldedit / guard / extraflags

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use RTP command with player: argument (in console or in-game)
  2. see error Invalid command argument player:HyPeRXKo

Expected behavior It should RTP the player in the arg

I was an operator, and the rtp.notme permission was active.
