[Request]: Uncapped/60 FPS Mode #23

I am looking to use this for a game project based on the Doom engine. I've been learning the ins and outs of working with it up to even making some modifications like Sega Saturn mesh rendering for partial invisibility implemented by FastDoom. (let me know if this would be cool to add, I can make a PR!) a_v21qgX67te

However, I noticed when switching the update mode to forced, Doom would as expected run hilariously fast. My hope would be to have the game run at 60fps, however as I am not yet all familiarized with the engine + not having a lot of knowledge on handling timing, I've been unable to try implementing this on my own. I saw that this was one of the things on the TODO, so I hope if you're interested and have time you could take a look into this. Have a good one!

P.S. I've also managed to get mouse unlocking on menus working but haven't figured out clicking, in any case I'll make a PR for that soon.
