Allow canvassers to choose from nearby houses.

Apartments share the same lat, lon data. Some houses may be too close and the lat, lon might not match the front door, etc. Hence, the canvasser will need some way to tell VoterMate which door she is at. This could be a separate screen, showing: Which household are you knocking:

• 123 Main St Apt 12
• 123 Main St Apt 16
• 127 Main St

Or it could list more individuals. The former is better, but the latter should be good enough for Mansfield.

This works beautifully now. I had three challenges in making this work:

• The lat, lon is wrong for some of the houses, especially those on sackman Street, which, following Murphy's law, I happened to choose as my first canvass
• I failed to turn off the GPS emulator
• It appears that one has to reboot the Chewi in order to re-enable the native GPS.
