The back button often does not work #48

The back button often does not work. Though I have had this issue for a while, I did not report it because I can't make it repeatable. Sometimes I think that this issue only happens the first time that I start a code after installing it. Sometimes I can solve this issue by clearing the data after installing it.

I will now try to follow this sequence each time I see this:

  1. Clear the data
  2. Force Stop
  3. Restart

I will also try to notice whether this ever happens after I have done the above steps, i.e. when clearing the data risks losing actual information,

UPDATE: So far, so good, I have tried this technique on two different devices.

I will leave this assigned to me. Since I have a workaround, I prefer not to devote development resources to this and risk the associated loss of time.

I updated the title to reflect what I know about this feature. I am not sure whether I have to clear the data or just force stop VoterMate after the first install and restart.
