Migrate trivia #19

tests : passed re: https://github.com/guicho271828/trivia/issues/31 if the author does not like this kind of migration, feel free to ignore it

There were both compile-time and runtime errors in the Travis test suite with this PR (on Lisp implementations that I notice are excluded from trivia's acceptance criteria). I aim for complete cross-implementation compatibility in my generic tooling libraries, so I'm afraid I can't exchange optima for trivia in its current state.
