Implement tooltip suppression system #16

Insert a checkbox in an IDescribable object that will allow the tooltip to be suppressed. This is so the player can have a tooltip showing inventory yet the tooltip will be suppressed for the enemy's inventory.

The suppression system is in but if it changes during runtime the tool tip has to be re-instantiated
