Bug on some machines that trying to start MidiCompanion.exe

This is because Rug.OSC is using the port you specified as an source as well as an destination port. so when you try to connect to localhost. this error will appear.

added localPort 82469ff property so you can specify the the sourceport to something different than your destination port when needed.
