GitHub PAT not saved to Prefect block #877

When a GitHub PAT is updated via the web form, the PAT is not being saved to the Prefect Secret block

Somehow git remote-v shows the updated PAT though... hmm

Also while updating the elementary_profiles directory is deleted. We should make sure this is not removed
