Need to do column cleanups for each table - LAHI (Catalyst Dashboard) #14

Cleaning up the data

So LAHI has shared with me what cleaning and standard name they want for the state's database and we need to make sure that we match that for all the state's tables. We also need to make sure that we think about similar column name changes in another table as well.

Steps:-

Validate that you can merge each state table without cleanup. You'll validate this with Google sheet rows.
If the above is not working, then we will have to pull out a similar column name or rename it to be able to merge multiple sheets. Create a PR of 2 cleanups for state.
