Create path to trial account from dalgo.in #801

Currently Dalgo.in has a login option in the top menu bar. Folks who click here for the first time require a signup code and can then create an account. Since All trials are now on beta we need to create a new path for trial account users. Suggesting we have an option called trial account on our web page menu which takes them to beta and 1) does not require a signup code. We should be notified when a new org is created and they should have access for 30 days or 2) Automatically emails the nonprofit a signup code.
