In Dalgo's "Pipeline Overview" we show the duration of each run. Currently this is show in seconds (see below), we would like to show minutes (and if relevant, hours) instead

in minutes and seconds if < 1hr, with # seconds < 60
in hours minutes and seconds otherwise, with # seconds < 60 and # minutes < 60
