Error when creating a new family (add-on) member

Describe the bug When creating a new family member, got this error instead of a confirmation screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Created a new family member
2. See error

Expected behavior Expecting a confirmation screen that the member was created.
