Kermit or Telnet style command

As a user I would like to have ckermit/netcat style tcp/udp client that I can execute within terminal mode So that I can connect(ie "callup") to arbitrary systems via a provided dial plan.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Should have a .dialplanrc on the _filesystem
• .dialplanrc should be an "array" of hostnames to port and address mapping for connection
• initial dialplan should include telehack, alt.org nethack, blinkenlights, sdf, and a few sites from www.telnet.org
• Should use WebSockets or something simular
• Command should be callup <hostname>
