[x] - Update meeting days and times based on the current Discord schedule.
[x] - Fix the misspelling of "EVEmbedded" under the lead's name.
[ ] - Add missing images and descriptions for Embedded, Powertrain, Packaging, and Thermals (All EV).
[ ] - Add missing images for Ergonomics, Composites, Electrical, Powertrain, and Steering (All IC).
