This, as has already been made blatantly clear, isn't going to work out in its current form. :P
There seem to be three ways we can deal with this, you pick whichever you want because I'm failing to pick:
[ ] Go our separate ways. Most likely outcome: Definite delay in first release for both mods. Without a programmer, your mod falls apart and you probably ragequit. Without someone to fine-tune the balancing, my mod may wind up becoming a horrible mess and I probably ragequit because nobody wants to play it because it's a mess and I don't have enough feedback with which to fix it. (Illyia might be helpful in this regard, assuming she bothers to play it. :P) Alternatively, you figure out the programming part of modding SR2, I get enough feedback with which to balance stuff, and both our mods live happily ever after.
[ ] Figure out a solution we're both comfortable with. Most likely outcome: ... Possible delay in first release. Depending on how much you want to nerf them and how much of them I want to preserve, this may wind up looping back to the beginning. Alternatively, it works out perfectly and our mod lives happily ever after.
[x] I give up on trying to do anything more than you want me to, and instead put my ideas into an ABEM-based mod. Most likely outcome: Mod is renamed back to 'Alternate Balance Expansion Mod' because I want to use 'Rising Stars' (:P), I do a lot more work than I did before, I possibly give up on modding altogether rather than handle two separate projects of this scale, followed by giving up on SR2 because the mod-free version becomes boring... or everything works out perfectly and both our mods live happily ever after.
Just tick whichever checkbox you're interested in.
