[x] Reimplement tech rediscovery. I'm thinking of using the Glory mechanic to provide a more visible display of how far they've gone... or maybe leaving it a surprise like before.
[x] Balance Piercing Drone Launchers. Darloth and dolynick may be of help here. (Possibly also ask dolynick for his drone art.)
[x] Restore content.
