sorting ,searching and paginating data using flexigrid and jsp #92

I am using flexigrid inside a jsp populating from a json file created from an 
oracle table , but i don't know how to sort , search or paginate the data on 
the grid ,please help me

i want test.jsp file..
i m working on flexigrid and is fine bt it is in .php sir..so i want in .jsp..
can u help me??
in above attachement that file is in html so in that url:'post-xml.jsp',
so insted i want .jsp..
