Concept: Night-time, moonlit. Covered in snow and ice. Skyscrapers, transmission towers. Black/grey with cyan highlights? Maybe moonlight yellow or cyan when reflected off snow and ice. Or magenta for contrast, but maybe not -- that's a cyberpunk cliche, and we're going for post-apocalyptic ruins, not flashy eye-catching advertisement hell.
