Error on running truffle migrate --reset #1

Hello Gospel, I follow your project and your work very closely, and I must thank you for the quality and the depth of knowledge you show. When I try to run truffle migrate --reset, I get the error "command not found: truffle". I have reinstalled the packages, using yarn, Npm, I have checked my root directory, and I run all commands from the same directory where the truffle-config.js is. I would appreciate a bit of clarity on how to make the project work on the truffle suite.
