Encoding problem on the documentation website #9

It seems that unicode is not set nor detected so "Téléchargement" appeirs as "Téléchargement" in the menu on page 0. Found with firefox 63, macos High sierra sur macbook pro.

voila ce que la console de firefox me dit: The page was reloaded, because the character encoding declaration of the HTML document was not found when prescanning the first 1024 bytes of the file. The encoding declaration needs to be moved to be within the first 1024 bytes of the file.

Une possible solution serait soit d'enlever (soit de le déplacer plus bas) le block de commentaire avant la balise <meta charset="utf-8" />
