I believe there's a bug in the video combining algorithm #7

Basically, when the previous day has x number of minutes left in terms of captures and a new day begins the new day algorithm isn't creating a video for the last minutes of the previous day e.g. I had 45 minutes of captures left at the end of yesterday and when I woke the machine this morning it created the daily movie for yesterday, and erased the 45 minutes of captures and my recorded daily video only had up to the end of the previous hour recorded in it.

I'm happy to resolve this myself and submit a pull request, I'm just recording this here, so that you're aware of it too.
