Object reference not set to an instance of an object. #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.fill in two databases
2.hit compare
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected a diff report, Got Error, comparison wont finish after that. Seems to 
time out, with error message showing on every restart.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.4 on win7

Please provide any additional information below.

Error message as follows:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
