update error patterns for hledger 1.26 and 1.27 pre #13

This should make flycheck-hledger work reasonably well with 1. hledger-1.26 and 2. current hledger master, which will be hledger 1.27. More testing is welcome, and both of these may improve further, so I have marked it draft for now.

Ready for merge. https://github.com/simonmichael/hledger/pull/1885 has ongoing work on hledger's error messages, but it isn't affecting flycheck-hledger.

Thank you very much. I usually prefer more atomic commits (dedicated to 1 and only 1 thing) and dedicated feature branches but I will merge this excellent work as it is anyway. Thank you!
