To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Accept Prisoners of war quest from John J. Keeshan. (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=43458/john-j-keeshan) Approach Render's Valley and use Brave Company Field Kit.
Location: Redridge Mountains.
Name, Type
Problem Description: NPC Jorgensen does not appear to help you fight. This can make the quest harder exponentially as the NPCs in that zone are elites.
How it should work: NPC Jorgensen should spawn when you use Brave Company Field Kit near Render's Valley.

A small issue. The distraction command from the Brave Company Field Kit sends out a regular, 48hp, wild rat, which dies instantly, and does not really distract the NPCs at all, because of how fast it is killed.
The caged prisoners remain within the cages, which is not a problem, because the quest can still be finished by opening the door, but still remains a bug. (I guess)

This bug may be due to a previous quest in the quest chain, that frees Bravo Company from the Orcs. You are able to accept Prisoners of War before finishing the previous prerequisite quests. Beginning with In Search of Bravo Company. (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=26586/in-search-of-bravo-company).
Describe the bug Quest is complete-able but has a few minor bugs. NPC Jorgensen (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=43827/jorgensen) does not appear to aid you upon using Brave Company Field Kit. (https://www.wowhead.com/item=60384/bravo-company-field-kit) The caged prisoners also do not leave their cages upon opening the doors, but the quest does finish regardless.
