Describe the bug
The brave company siege tank exists, but you cannot use it.
To Reproduce
Accept the quest from Colonel Troteman. (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=43733/colonel-troteman) Attempt to enter the Bravo Company Siege Tank in Shalewind Canyon.
Location: Redridge Mountains. Shalewind Canyon.
Bravo Company Siege Tank, Vehicle.
Problem Description: You cannot enter the tank and use it.
How it should work: You should be able to use the tank to kill the orcs. (all 200 of them)

Siege Tank is there, but you cannot use it.
Edit2: Finishing Grand Magus Doane Quest (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=26694/the-grand-magus-doane) Summons the vehicle for a few seconds. If you do not enter it, it disappears. I guess new players CAN finish this quest as long as they jump into the newly summoned vehicle.

Additional context As stated before, this quest chain MAY be broken, due to In Search of Bravo Company (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=26586/in-search-of-bravo-company) being incomplete-able.
