[Death Knight] T14 2pc SetBonus for Blood #235

Bug The 2 pc set bonus from T14 gear for Blood DK is not working.

Expected Behaviour: T14 Blood 2P Bonus - Reduces the cooldown of your Vampiric Blood ability by 20 sec. T14 Blood 4P Bonus - Increases the healing received from your Death Strike by 10%.

To Reproduce Equip T14 armor for Blood DK Activate spell Vampiric Blood. (It STILL has a 40 sec cd which in this case should be only 20sec)

Note I don't how to test for 4pc bonus working or not but probably worth a test from your end if Death Strike is indeed healing for an additional 10%

Additional context While T14 set bonuses don't kill my tanking rotation or viability the issue is that with Blood DK's being so gear dependent especially for HC progression and in future tiers as well, appreciate if this could be resolved as well. Thanks!

Invalid report -> basic cooldown is 60 seconds, T14 2Part bonus reduces the cooldown to 40 seconds -> P2 and P4 are working as intended
