All mobs spawn outside of the grotto
Skeer will do his RP all at once

Steps to reproduce the behavior: Accept quest "The Scent of Blood
Location Dread Waste - Muckscale Grotto
Problem Description
1-7 should spawn one at a time and walk to skeer from water's edge in the grotto
8-11 should spawn 2 at a time
12+ should spawn one at a time with Muckscale Serpentus spawning at 13.
Skeer should do RP talk at certain kill count
