As an admin, I want to delete outdated or irrelevant service links so that the page remains useful.
- Acceptance Criteria:
  1. The admin must be able to delete links from the services page.
  2. A confirmation prompt must be displayed before deletion is finalized.

With Services page in place at the moment this will have to wait
