Implement support for sdcccall(1) - parameter by registers

Support for sdcccall(0) maintained. Support for sdcccall(1) implemented. Added example of MSX-DOS parameters handling in assembly application. Bugs in make.sh fixed. Created applicationsettings.h for all projects.
