@DamonOehlman the virtual machines at NICTA are starting to get pulled down - http://guidebook.rtc.io/ will not work for much longer. Can you push it up to leanpub and publish there?

I've got a new dokku installation where I could deploy it, but it doesn't currently work with node v5.0.0 - javascript-editor@0.2.1: wanted: {"node":"0.8.x"} . If you could fix it up, I'll deploy it.
