teamId and teamID is used interchangably #3

teamId (lower case "d") and teamID (upper case "D") is used very interchangeably throughout the docs. Does only one of them work, or do both work? In any case, we should be consistent.

teamID should not exist. I thought I caught them all but may have missed some. will look again
