Rust crate itself is not very user-friendly in the context of deep learning, since most developers use Python or Javascript. We need FFI bindings.
A MVP binding means:
All the high-level public items are available through FFI in an arguably efficient way.
Appropriate docs for available FFI items are presented.
Binding is published to relevant distribution platform.
