feat: ResNet Based Object Detection, API Key Management & ShareX Support

Overview

• Implement tags for posts, and add to Meilisearch index.
• Add Python service with Flask for tagging files with detected objects using ResNet 50 model by Facebook.
  • Users should configure the TAGGER_HOST environment variable in order for the backend to call the tagger when available.
• Show tag suggestions in UI with pop-up.
• Add support for POCKETBASE_SERVER_URL environment variable for when Share Me isn't exposed used by Next.js server functions.
• Implement API keys management page, and API middleware to read API keys from request headers.
• Implement POST /api/posts route to directly create posts.
  • Introduces support for ShareX and similar tools.
