Add a scrollable gallery of recent posts to the homepage.
Add the /posts page with infinite scrolling showing all public posts.
Implement paste to post on homepage and posts page.
Implement paste to upload additional images on post page.
Add support for SIGNUP_ENABLED environment variable to disable sign-up UI (closes #4).
