It took me a while to find the example app as it's not mentioned in the README yet. This pull adds a reference to the app in the README and starts to build a community where others can show off their work via GH discussions.

I like this! As I haven't gotten around to creating full-fledged docs yet I'm sure it'd be helpful to others to have this reference.
