Make 'lemp' and 'np' shortcodes accessible as sudo/root

The 'lemp' and 'np' shortcodes dont work if you sudo the command, or run it as root. Seems to only work as ec2-user. I know we discussed this before

symbolic link to ec2-user .bash_profile to /home/root/
