NodeJS LTS #15

Instead of using a fixed version, use the setup_lts.x file instead, which installs the current LTS version

Problem is the recommended version is 16, and when we did have LTS for a short period of time (talking like 3 days) we had numerous users report issues with their AIO servers including canvas which only supports 16 as far as I know. It's a trade off basically, we agreed that we'd bump up the version as soon as the recommended version from NodeJS itself is bumped.

Darker just told me V18 is now LTS, let me go make some commits.
