9 years ago We can figure out when a series starts, and assume weekly episodes from there as long as there is no delay or other problem. There was an instance where a Sailor Moon episode didn't air. (You can only imagine what kind of Shirobako kind of stuff was happening to the studio.) Otherwise, it doesn't seem like you can get '6/12 episodes aired' sort of data. We could scrape anichart for when the next ep is airing, it looks like they only offer that when they have that data. I'm not sure who they are scraping or what DB they are getting stuff from http://anichart.net/spring
This could also be tricky when the bot runs, because if an episode has aired, it doesn't mean that it immediately has subs.
If its possible to figure out the latest episode number from MAL or something, this would be helpful in fetch_packlists.
