mkFields, etc from lens. #7

Are you interested in having TH code from the lens package ported here? In particular I use mkFields to deal with the record name-spacing issue.

Hey @gregwebs, I'm revisiting old issues for lens-family-th. Is this something that you're still interested in having ported to this package?

Yes, originally this is what was stopping me from switching to lens-family, but now I am using the JSON stuff from lens, so I would need to take up an alternative there before I circle back to this.
