Flash over USB/UART0 and EN/GPIO0 #2

Thanks for fixing #1.

According to https://www.esp32.com/viewtopic.php?t=18060 is advisable to provide connections to EN and GPIO0. Especially for SW development.

I suggest extending the 4pin UART0 connector with these 2 signals.
